Clearly state how many tickets you require and for which performance. Please remember to include your email and/or telephone number as tickets are subject to availability and include 80p for postage.

HOW TO PAY

We accept all major credit cards*, cash, cheques with a cheque guarantee card and Lincoln Theatre Royal Vouchers**.
(* This does not include Amex. **This does not include National Theatre Tokens).

BOOKING FEES

There is an online booking fee of £1.00 per ticket on all online sales.
For tickets which need posted, there is a charge of 80p per ticket order.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

The Theatre Royal holds a no refund policy. If you are unable to attend a fully booked performance that has a waiting list we will attempt to resell your ticket for a handling charge of £2.00.

BOOKING AND VENUE INFORMATION (terms and conditions)

> Tickets may not be refunded or exchanged once purchased.

> Smoking is strictly forbidden in all areas of the theatre.

> Only food and drink purchased in the theatre can be consumed within the venue.

> Due to fire regulations, all patrons including babes in arms must have a valid ticket before entering the auditorium.

> The Management reserves the right to refuse admission of the ticket holder to the premises and to take any appropriate action that may be required to enforce such a request.

> Latecomers will not be admitted until the interval or until a suitable break in the performance. Latecomers may be required to occupy alternative seats.

> The Management may alter or vary the programme without consultation or compensation. Any cast member unable to perform will be replaced by an appropriate understudy. Refunds will not be possible.

> If the performance is cancelled for reasons beyond the control of the management, the Theatre Royal will not be liable for compensation whatsoever, other than a possible percentage or maximum refund of the value of the ticket to the ticket holder.

> Family ticket comprises of two adults and two children aged 12 or under.

> The offers or concessions are subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or concession and may be withdrawn at any time.
